Gretchen Mills
Lead Teacher, Dr. of Ayurveda,
Founder of Wild Rose Ayurveda
With 25 years of yoga practice and 18 years of teaching yoga full time, Gretchen has led and assisted several 200 & 300 hour teacher training programs, owned and directed two yoga schools for over a decade and has had the gift of studying with many of the most reputable yoga teachers of our time. Gretchen’s teachers in lineage are AG and Indra Mohan and family, and their direct teachings from Krishnamacharya. Some of the other influential teachings come from Ashtanga teacher David Garrigues, philosophy and sacred text teacher, Edwin Bryant, and the ongoing mentorship and schooling with the incredible Doctors at Sai Ayurvedic Institute. All of these teachers, among countless others have brought a depth of knowledge and inspiration to Gretchen that have supported deep exploration of her own practice on and off the mat. The devotion and intention behind her own study leads to an intelligent and authentic transmission of information to her students.
“These teachings are pure medicine. The training will be fun, uplifting and expanding in all ways. It will be incredibly informative for all, whether you have been practicing yoga for 5 years or 20 years. It’s an honor to immerse in these teachings with a community, and by the side of my long time, dear friend, Ashley. I very much look forward to this immersion together.”

Malaika DosRemedios
Nestled in the serene beauty of Burlington, Vermont in the warmer months and basking in the sun-kissed vibes of Key West, Florida during winter, Malaika’s journey isn’t just about places; it’s about spreading joy and healing wherever she goes. Her passion for yoga, yoga nidra, integrative health coaching, fitness, and personal well-being spans nearly two decades, but it’s her unwavering dedication to uplifting others that truly sets her apart.
Whether she’s leading classes in a cozy studio, hosting life-changing workshops, or guiding souls on enriching retreats locally, nationally and internationally,Malaika’s mission remains the same: to empower, to heal, to liberate. She’s a true believer in the transformative power of movement and mindfulness, believing in everyone's ability to achieve their wildest dreams and make deep and sustainable change for the long haul.
Jill Henck
Jill began her yoga journey in 2011 as a reprieve from the dark NY winters. In 2019 Jill completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher training in Albany, NY while growing a human baby. This process imprinted that yoga is for all bodies and illuminated yoga's mental health benefits. Jill puts the fun in fundamentals and encourages everyone to employ a beginner’s mind. Each class centers on the integrity of the breath and connecting with your physical and mental strength. She incorporates dynamic movements and emphasizes the synchronization of breath and movement. Jill’s training is in Hatha yoga which typically indicates a slow strong practice but through years of dabbling has picked up pieces from other traditions as well. Jill prioritizes being curious in all aspects of life including her yoga practice. When she’s not doing yoga she works to mitigate climate change through her job at a local non-profit, supports her husband’s chainsaw carving business, and chases around her two wild children.
