300 Hr. Yoga & Ayurveda Therapeutic Practitioner Training

300-HOUR INTEGRATED CERTIFICATION | HYBRID FORMAT
Become a Certified Yoga & Ayurveda Therapeutic Practitioner
Move beyond one-size-fits-all studio sequences and step into the living medicine of yoga and Ayurveda.
In the classical Vedic tradition, Yoga and Ayurveda were never separate practices. They were born from the same lineage, sharing the same language and philosophy. Ayurveda provides the medicine, the seasonal rhythm, and the science of healing the body and mind. Yoga teaches about the architecture of the mind and provides the vehicle for spiritual freedom. When we separate them, we create separate lenses. We end up viewing yoga merely as physical exercise or athletic flow, and perhaps a means to relaxation, while Ayurveda is often seen as an abstract nutritional chart. There is confusion about how they truly overlap. Modern studios result in offering one-size-fits-all classes that often aggravate the very nervous systems, joints, and constitutions they are trying to support.
This program not only teaches yoga and Ayurveda with equal emphasis, but through the same lens. When you look through a single, unified lens, the outcome shifts completely. Postures stop being arbitrary shapes and become targeted therapeutic tools. Breathwork transforms into individualized prescriptions for the nervous system. By weaving Ayurveda’s clinical understanding of the unique individual with yoga’s somatic depth, you move beyond generic group instruction into real, transformative health care. Together, they create a complete, living system of wholistic health.
Through an intimate hybrid rhythm of flexible at-home study, monthly live clinical weekends, and live guest client intakes, you will learn to read constitutional imbalances, adapt movement for complex bodies, and craft targeted daily routines that meet people exactly where they are.
Program Highlights
The Clinical Roundtable (Live Case Studies): Theory comes alive in real-time. Each month, you won't just study imbalances on paper, you will interview guest clients, analyze their symptoms, and collaboratively design comprehensive protocols under the guidance of your teachers.
Equal Integration of Yoga & Ayurveda: Deeply immerse in both disciplines. Learn how physical postures (asana), breath control (pranayama), and philosophy (yamas/niyamas) interface with digestive fire (agni), nutrition (ahara), and daily routines (dinacharya).
Hybrid Learning Structure: Designed to support the balance of families, careers, and self growth. Complete lecture content from home, gather once a month in studio or live online for lectures, case studies, and group collaboration. Then immerse for four days, gathering in person amidst the grounding energy of the Adirondack Mountains. This is where theory transforms into lived experience. Practice hands on therapeutic assessments, refine case study applications, and experience the powerful alchemy of a shared community container. You will not only leave with a certificate but with a deeply integrated practice and a lasting network of peers and friendships.
Therapeutic Application: Transition from a general class instructor to a trusted therapeutic consultant capable of working 1-on-1 with clients dealing with anxiety, digestive dysfunction, joint issues, systemic fatigue, and the every evolving bodies and minds of individuals as they move through the phases of life.
Who This Program Is For
Experienced Students Ready to Go Deeper: If you have been practicing yoga for some time and feel a strong inner pull to move past the physical shapes, this program offers the classical depth, philosophy, and practical Ayurveda to support you on your path.
Caregivers, Parents, and Community Leaders: For those who wish to ground these teachings into daily life, using food, breath, and seasonal rhythms as everyday medicine to support their own well-being, their family's vitality, and the health of their wider community.
Yoga Teachers Seeking Clinical Confidence: If you completed a standard 200-hour training and realized you want to support individuals with chronic holding, digestive imbalances, or nervous system fatigue rather than simply leading generic group flows.
Bodyworkers and Holistic Health Practitioners: Massage therapists, physical therapists, doulas, and wellness professionals looking to integrate a unified somatic and Ayurvedic assessment lens into their existing client work.
Program Overview: A Sustainable Path to Your 300-Hour Certification
We designed this program to fit around work, family, and your everyday rhythms. You will learn the deep, practical integration of yoga and Ayurveda through a hybrid structure that pairs flexible at-home study with supportive monthly live weekends, plus a full summer break to rest and let the teachings sink in.
How the Training Works
Flexible At-Home Study: Your home study includes a rich variety of pre-recorded lectures, assigned readings, and hands-on practices designed to work with your schedule throughout the month. Most students find that setting aside 4 to 6 hours each week feels comfortable and manageable.
Monthly Live Weekends: We will gather once a month to dive deep into a teaching, explore real client cases, and collaborate in learning, either in person or live online.
Summer Break: Enjoy June, July, and August off. Use this time to travel, rest, enjoy the sunshine, and anchor these daily habits into your own life before we begin again.
4-Day Adirondack Mountains Retreat: In January, we wrap up our journey together in the mountains with hands-on adjustments, cooking labs in a shared kitchen, final reviews, and our closing graduation celebration.

My path started with an intuitive knowing; that breath is the foundation of life, that our bodies hold innate healing wisdom, and that nature provides our greatest blueprint. But my deepest learning came when personal imbalances appeared that felt impossible to unravel through movement alone.
As a teacher, I quickly saw that general yoga cues were not enough to truly support the unique bodies and nervous systems walking into the room. Classical pioneers, like Krishnamacharya, recognized that separating yoga from Ayurveda drastically diminishes its therapeutic potential, its capacity to heal, and its power as lifestyle medicine. Inspired by that classical lineage, I dedicated my studies to reuniting these sister disciplines. Today, I am passionate about guiding you beyond your current edge so you can step into practitioner-level confidence, bringing deep, integrative healing to your own life, your loved ones, and the students you serve.
