Day1- Pre-Cleanse

Good morning! Today begins our journey. This is a time we have all set aside for self care. We’ll be diving into eating a simple diet, drinking warm water and spiced water, practicing daily oil massage, and relaxing. Do your best to carve out this time over the next 7 days to allow for the process of an Ayurvedic cleanse to increase digestive fire and to digest and expel toxicity. This is so worth doing!!

The first few days create the most mental fluctuation. Open up to listening, and allowing feelings and thoughts to pass through you. Journaling can be a wonderful tool throughout a process like this.

When you eat something you really enjoy, please share it! We’re here to build community and support ourselves and eachother. Also, please feel free to share your informed comments tat may help others new to the practice of seasonal cleansing.

Remember, you don’t have to be a perfectionist. Perfectionism can create stress, which is not helpful.
