Day 7: Well Done!
Today marks one week everyone! Wonderful job. It has been such a rich week and I am grateful for the level of participation that you all put in.
Preserve your hard work by taking plenty of time integrating foods. Continue to soak foods in the evening, meditate in the morning, take deep breaths throughout the day.
Moving forward, continue to deepen your relationship with your digestive system. The strength of our digestive fire (agni) and the quality of our minds is at the heart of every single dis-ease. Eat foods that are easily digestible and seasonal. If you eat something especially sweet, heavy, or dense, don’t hold it against yourself. Enjoy, and then give your digestive system a pause. Wait for four hours or so before eating a meal. Those kinds of small practices are powerful. Remember they are not about adhering to rules, shoulds, or supposed tos. They are about respecting our bodies and showing up from a loving place.
